Booking & Payment
All bookings require a 20% advance to confirm the reservation.
Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rates are subject to change based on seasonality, availability, and special events.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made:
30+ days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding token amount)
15–29 days before check-in: 70% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
No refunds for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
Exceptions apply only in case of natural disasters, national events, or government-imposed restrictions, where credit notes may be issued to registered travel companies.
3. Credit Note Policy (For Travel Companies)
Credit notes are issued only against advance payments.
The same number of rooms/packages will be locked for future use.
Remaining balance will be charged as per prevailing seasonal tariffs.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months and non-transferable.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged at actual cost.
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. Violation may result in fines or eviction.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
Kashmir Resort is not liable for:
Loss of personal belongings
Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or government actions
Injuries or accidents during activities not directly organized by the resort
In case of force majeure, the resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without liability.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Guest information is used solely for booking, communication, and service enhancement.
Kashmir Resort does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
